  1. I'm in the military, currently serving overseas, do you ship to APO/FPO?
  2. We do ship orders to most locations in the world. This also includes US military addresses (APO/FPO) If you so desire, we will also ship to another address other than your billing address. However, for your safety as well as ours, we do require that you provide us the billing address on file with your credit card provider.

  3. How long before I receive my purchase?
  4. We normally ship within 1-2 business days of processing your order. We use Priority Shipping, it will typically take 2-3 days to arrive at your location from the day we ship it out.

    Here's a typical situation, you order something from our website on Monday morning, we'll ship it out on Tuesday. You can expect delivery by Thursday or Friday of the same week. Military and International mail should allow 7-14 days for delivery.

  5. What are my options for shipping?
  6. Priority Mail: 3-5 days delivery in the United States including FPO/APO addresses. FPO/APO may take longer.

    Global Priority: 7-14 days delivery times to most locations outside the US or its territories. US Military personnel, please use Priority Mail.

  7. My product doesn't work? My product is damaged? All of my order didn't arrive?
  8. In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, just let us know and we will replace the item, no questions asked. Other than that, all sales are final.
